About Dnister AI
Dnister AI is a strategy and production-AI company founded and fully owned by Bohdan Dubylovskyi (2025). It extends 15 years of WikiBusiness expertise into a new domain: AI-readable knowledge systems, LLM Knowledge Hubs, investigation workflows, and decision infrastructure.
Bohdan = founder and owner (solo venture). Unlike WikiBusiness (co-founded with Roman Melnyk), Dnister AI is exclusively Bohdan's project.
"AI fails when it starts with choosing a tool. It starts with a constraint."
Bohdan Dubylovskyi · Dnister AI, 2025
4-Service Operating Model
1. Constraint Strategy
Find the work worth fixing. Map the top 1–3 operational constraints. Rank by value/feasibility/ownership. Decide: build/buy/simplify/kill.
10 business days → ranked ROI map
2. Analytics Infrastructure
Make the constraint measurable. Connect data for the decision. Define leading indicators and failure signals. Replace passive dashboards with action triggers.
3. Production Implementation
Ship the system into real work. Build automations, agents, internal tools, workflows. Integrate with existing stack and permissions. Add evals, observability, rollback paths.
4-week sprint → production system
4. Operating System Design
Make the gain survive rollout. Assign ownership/cadence/decision rights. Document standards and operating rules. Create the next backlog from measured results.
4-Step Sprint Cycle
Diagnose
Structured constraint map — ranked ROI map: what blocks growth, where the highest leverage lives.
Scope
Sprint brief: one constraint, one measurable outcome, 4-week timebox.
Build
Production system — not a prototype. Runs from day one: Panic Radar, NewsHarvest, AI Growth Ops, LLM Hub.
Operating System
Assign ownership, cadence, decision rights. Without Bohdan daily.
3 Failure Modes Dnister AI Addresses
- The wrong workflow gets automated — low-value tasks are polished while the real revenue leak stays untouched.
- The data needed for action is scattered — CRM, finance, support, product, spreadsheets do not meet where decisions happen.
- The pilot has no owner — the demo works once, then dies because rollout/access/evals/maintenance were never designed.
